Vince Dugan's career spans 35 years in the telecommunications and data communications industries, including 20 years with AT&T and four years with Northern Telecom. Most recently, Vince served as the CEO of a high-tech start-up in Atlanta, Georgia. He led the company from a team of seven in January 1995 with $150,000 in revenues through six years of growth and expansion to a team of 42 and $6 million in revenues, culminating in a successful merger and acquisition in November 2000. During this time, the company won the Best New Software Product of the Year Award at the COMNET Trade Show, and several new products were successfully launched. Mr. Dugan has held officer-level positions in the marketing and operations departments with Tekelec, Inc., and Computer Consoles, Inc. Mr. Dugan received his bachelor's degree in economics from Hofstra University in Hempstead, LI, New York, USA. He proudly served in the US Army attaining the rank of 1st Lieutenant and was a Platoon Leader with the 35th Medium Tank Battalion and then an Executive Officer at Company level.
Tom McVeigh, President &Chief Operating Officer
Mr. McVeigh has 19 years of professional experience in management and software development. At Spirent Communications, he was a leading contributor to System and Application Health Monitoring and Notification used by major US Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILECs) and led the integration effort of remote Internet Protocol (IP) network test probes into the Operational Support Systems (OSS) used by the US ILECs. As Director of Software Development at Net-Hopper, he led a team of developers in the development, deployment, and testing of a remote Network Test Access System used by companies such as Solomon Smith Barney, America Online, and State Farm. : : : top
Daniel Montgomery, VP of Engineering
Mr. Montgomery has over 14 years of experience in product development and production with Motorola’s cellular phone division. Since 1992, he designed complex mechanical parts and systems for many cellular phones, including the StarTAC, and holds two patents. As an engineering manager he led the design of several successful high-end and high-volume wireless products from concept through mass production. He brings to RedXDefense extensive experience with consumer product design, supply chain management, high-volume manufacturing, and best-in-class quality standards. Mr. Ashourian has over 10 years of experience in financial planning & implementation, budgeting & forecasting, mergers & acquisitions and financial modeling for companies ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining RedXDefense, Mr. Ashourian was the Director of Accounting at VoiceLog LLC. He developed and implemented comprehensive business plans and strategies that positioned VoiceLog LLC for significant growth. The company was recognized by "Inc 500" as the fastest growing company two years in a row. He also successfully led the multi-million dollar acquisition of VoiceLog LLC by a large publicly traded multi-national corporation. Christina Haney, VP of Marketing
Ms. Haney has over 9 years of experience in manufacturing/producibility engineering with Martin Marietta. While at Martin Marietta, Ms. Haney was awarded the Jefferson Cup for innovative application of Design for Assembly and Manufacture on the Comanche and JDAM programs. Recently, Ms. Haney’s efforts as a technical proposal manager resulted in the win of a $12 million DARPA program. She has been instrumental in the creation of company websites and branding as well as writing press releases and marketing for several technology companies. Dr. Sarah Toal, Director of Chemistry
Dr. Toal received a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego in 2005 where she researched photoluminescent materials as chemical sensors for nitrogen-based explosives and carcinogenic chromium(VI). She has a diverse background in chemistry, including photophysical chemistry, solid-state and solution fluorimetry, dynamic light scattering, polymer chemistry, and synthetic organic and inorganic chemistry. She is an Achievement Rewards for Collegiate Scientists Scholar and has authored numerous academic publications and patents. Jack Kotowicz, Graphic & Industrial Design Executive Lead
Mr. Kotowicz has over 24 years of experience in graphic and industrial design. He has worked for clients in Canada, Europe, South America and the United States. Mr. Kotowicz received awards for poster, packaging design and digital illustration and worked on product development, advertising campaigns, web animations as well as corporate ID and architectural projects.
